We offer FREE shipping on all orders shipped within the U.S. Need your order fast? We also offer express and overnight shipping. Orders with precious metals or over $500 ship overnight for free.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, and delivered within 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping option. Items with diamonds or precious metals may take longer. For more details, please visit our shipping page.

Returns and Exchanges

If you’re not 100% satisfied, we will gladly accept your return for any reason up to 90 days from the date of purchase. We never charge any re-stocking fees or penalties for returns, and all domestic returns are free. Read more about our return policies.

Change happens over time, and you might need a new size. No worries. We are glad to resize your ring or exchange your ring for a new size of the same design for as long as you own the ring. We will even pay for the shipping. 

We offer a full lifetime warranty against any defects, materials, or workmanship on all of the rings and jewelry we sell, so you can buy with confidence. We'll also replace your ring if it shatters due to an accidental hard surface impact.
